PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 1918 EXTENDING THE PERIOD WITHIN WHICH THE PHILIPPINE SUGAR COMMISSION (PHILSUCOM) WILL PROVIDE ADJUSTMENTS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE NEW SUGAR TRADING SYSTEM April 11, 1984

EXTENDING THE PERIOD WITHIN WHICH THE PHILIPPINE SUGAR COMMISSION (PHILSUCOM) WILL PROVIDE ADJUSTMENTS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE NEW SUGAR TRADING SYSTEM
WHEREAS,Presidential Decree No. 1905 authorized the PHILSUCOM to provide for the adjustments that may be the implementation of the new sugar trading STnot later than March 15, 1984; and
WHEREAS,additional time is needed for the PHILSUCOM to work out appropriate and adequate measures and arrangements to assure efficient implementation of the new sugar trading system from March 15, 1984 to August 31, 1984.
This decree shall take effect immediately.
Done in the City of Manila, this 11th day of April, in the year of Our Lord nineteen hundred and eighty-four.
