REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12272 AN ACT DECLARING OCTOBER 5 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS "ARAW NG STA. CRUZ", IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY September 07, 2025

SECTION 1. October 5 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur, to be known as"Araw ng Sta. Cruz",in commemoration of its foundation anniversary. However, upon proclamation of the President, October 5 of every year shall be a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.
