AN ACT DECLARING JANUARY 16 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS, IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. January 16 of every year is hereby declared a special non-working holiday in the City of Navotas, in commemoration of its foundation anniversary.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.
