AN ACT DECLARING SEPTEMBER 14 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, IN CELEBRATION OF THE "FEAST DAY OF THE HOLY CROSS"
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. September 14 of very year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Occidental Mindoro, in celebration of the "Feast Day of the Holy Cross". Upon proclamation of the President, September 14 of every year shall be a special non-working holiday in the said municipality.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act, which originated in the House of Representatives, was passed by the House of Representatives on November 21, 2022, amended by the Senate of the Philippines on December 17, 2024, and which amendments were concurred in by the House of Representatives on February 5, 2025.
