AN ACT CONVERTING THE EXTENSION OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN TAGUIG CITY INTO A REGULAR DISTRICT OFFICE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Extension Office in Taguig City is hereby converted into a regular district office.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO District Office in Taguig City, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act, which originated in the House of Representatives, was passed by the House of Representatives on January 23, 2024, amended by the Senate of the Philippines on December 18, 2024, and which amendments were concurred in by the House of Representatives on January 21, 2025.
