REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12137 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE DISTRICT OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CORDOVA, PROVINCE OF CEBU, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR March 27, 2025

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE DISTRICT OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CORDOVA, PROVINCE OF CEBU, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a district office of Land Transportation Office (LTO) to be located in the Municipality of Cordova, Province of Cebu.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO District Office in the Municipality of Cordova, Province of Cebu, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.
