AN ACT DECLARING JUNE 20 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. June 20 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Guinayangan, Province of Quezon, in commemoration of its founding anniversary. Upon proclamation of the President, June 20 of every year shall be a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Guinayangan, Province of Quezon.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act, which originated in the House of Representatives, was passed by the House of Representatives on September 5, 2022, amended by the Senate of the Philippines on September 3, 2024, and which amendments were concurred in by the House of Representatives on September 25, 2024.
