AN ACT ESTABLISHING REGULAR DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION FRANCHISING AND REGULATORY BOARD (LTFRB) IN THE CITY OF DASMARINAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Main Office in Quezon City, a regular district office of the LTFRB in the City of Dasmarinas, Province of Cavite.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department’s programs the operationalization of the LTFRB regular district office in the City of Dasmarinas, Province of Cavite, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on February 23, 2021 and January 31, 2022, respectively.
