REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11749 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ENRIQUE B. MAGALONA IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, AND APPROPRIATING THEREFOR April 27, 2022

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ENRIQUE B. MAGALONA IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, AND APPROPRIATING THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby established a District Office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to be located in the Municipality of Enrique B. Magalona in the Province of Negros Occidental.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's programs the operationalization of the LTO District Office in the Municipality of Enrique B. Magalona in the Province of Negros Occidental, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3.This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in newspaper of general circulation.
