AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE LAND TRANSPORTATION (LTO) DISTRICT OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MANOLO FORTICH, BUKIDNON AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to be located in the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Province of Bukidnon.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of an LTO district office in Manolo Fortich, Province of Bukidnon, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.
