AN ACT RENAMING ROOSEVELT AVENUE LOCATED IN LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT I OF QUEZON CITY AS FERNANDO POE JR. AVENUE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Roosevelt Avenue located in Legislative District I of Quezon City is hereby renamed as Fernando Poe Jr. Avenue.
SEC. 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders, and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act within sixty (60) days from its effectivity.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives on September 9, 2020, amended by the Senate of the Philippines on September 13, 2021, and which amendments were concurred in by the House of Representatives on September 27, 2021.
