AN ACT ESTABLISHING A DISTRICT BRANCH OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF OF MARAMAG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established a district branch of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Maramag, Province of Bukidnon.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of a district branch of the LTO in the Municipality of Maramag, Province of Bukidnon, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on November 12, 2018 and June 3, 2019, respectively.
