AN ACT DECLARING DECEMBER 27 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF BAYBAY, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, IN CELEBRATION OF ITS "BINAYBAYON FESTIVAL"
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. December 27 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the City of Baybay, Province of Leyte, in celebration of its "Baybayon Festival". Upon the proclamation of the President, December 27 of every year shall be a special nonworking holiday in the City of Baybay, Province of Leyte.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives on December 10, 2018, as amended by the Senate of the Philippines on June 3, 2019, and which amendments were concurred in by the House of Representatives on June 4, 2019.
