AN ACT DECLARING SEPTEMBER 9 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MINA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION DAY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION1. September 9 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Mina, Province of Iloilo, in commemoration of its founding day. Upon proclamation of the President, September 9 of every year shall be a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Davao, Province of Iloilo.
SEC. 2.Effectivity. -This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives on February 6, 2019, as amended by the Senate of the Philippines on June 3, 2019 and which amendments were concurred in by the House of Representatives on June 4, 2019.
