AN ACT DECLARING FEBRUARY 3 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION1. February 3 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the City of Cabanatuan, Province of Nueva Ecija, in commemoration of its founding anniversary. Upon proclamation of the President, February 3 of every year shall be a special nonworking holiday in the City of Cabanatuan, Province of Nueva Ecija.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives on May 22, 2017, amended by the Senate of the Philippines on June 3, 2019, and which amendments were concurred in by the House of Representatives on June 4, 2019.
