AN ACT DECLARING NOVEMBER 22 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of thePhilippines in Congress assembled:
This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 22, 2018 and September 3, 2018, respectively.
SECTION 1. November 22 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Province of Sultan Kudarat in commemoration of its founding anniversary.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.
