AN ACT DECLARING NOVEMBER 2 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OP MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS POUNDING ANNIVERSARY, TO BE KNOWN AS "ARAW NG MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL"
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of thePhilippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. November 2 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Province of Misamis Occidental, in commemoration of its founding anniversary, to be known as "Araw ng Misamis Occidental".
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.
