AN ACT CONVERTING THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (lto) EXTENSION OFFICE LOCATED IN LAPU-LAPU CITY, PROVINCE OF CEBU, INTO A REGULAR LTO DISTRICT OFFICE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Extension Office located in Lapu-Lapu City, Province of Cebu, is hereby converted into a regular LTO District Office.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO Extension Office in Lapu-Lapu City, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. The Secretary of the DOTr shall issue the necessary rules and regulations within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.
