AN ACT DECLARING APRIL 21 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ORANI, PROVINCE OF BATAAN. IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY, TO BE KNOWN AS "ORANI FOUNDATION DAY"
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of thePhilippines in Congress assembled:
This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 22, 2017 and September 17, 2018 respectively.
SECTION 1. April 21 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Orani, Province of Bataan, in commemoration of its founding anniversary, to be known as "Orani Foundation Day".
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in theOfficial Gazetteor in a newspaper of general circulation.
