AN ACT DECLARING MARCH 7 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF TAGUM, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. It is hereby declared that March 7 of every year be a special working public holiday in the City of Tagum to enable its residents to fittingly commemorate and celebrate its foundation day.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on March 6, 2002 and January 22, 2003, respectively.
