REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7873 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANAMAO, SULU DISTRICT II, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PANAMAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR January 21, 1995

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANAMAO, SULU DISTRICT II, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PANAMAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senateand House of Representatives of the Philippines inCongress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of Panamao, Sulu District II, to be known as the Panamao National High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall implement this Act so as to make the Panamao National High School in operation during the first school term after the effectivity of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on August 1, 1994 and November 15, 1994, respectively.
