AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE BUKIDNON STATE COLLEGE EXTERNAL STUDIES CENTER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANDAG, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, TO SURIGAO DEL SUR STATE COLLEGE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Bukidnon State College External Studies Center in the Municipality of Tandag, Province of Surigao del Sur, is hereby changed to Surigao del Sur State College.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on April 28, 1988 and January 27, 1992, respectively.

SECTION 1. The name of the Bukidnon State College External Studies Center in the Municipality of Tandag, Province of Surigao del Sur, is hereby changed to Surigao del Sur State College.
