REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7317 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALIMBANG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PALIMBANG HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR March 30, 1992

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALIMBANG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PALIMBANG HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in the Municipality of Palimbang, Province of Sultan Kudarat, to be known as the Palimbang High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount needed to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on November 14, 1990 and January 23, 1992, respectively.
