AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE BARILI DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU, FROM TEN (10) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Barili District Hospital in the Municipality of Barili, Province of Cebu, is hereby increased from ten (10) to twenty five (25) beds.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on March 12, 1991 and December 3, 1991, respectively.
