REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7269 AN ACT EXPANDING THE PIODURAN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, WITH A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIGAO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, INTO A FIFTY-BED CAPACITY HOSPITAL March 20, 1992

AN ACT EXPANDING THE PIODURAN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, WITH A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIGAO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, INTO A FIFTY-BED CAPACITY HOSPITAL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Pioduran Emergency Hospital, a twenty-five-bed capacity hospital in the Municipality of Ligao, Province of Albay, is hereby expanded into a fifty-bed capacity hospital.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 22, 1991 and December 10, 1991, respectively.
