AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE BISLIG DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BISLIG, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, FROM TWENTY-FIVE (25) TO FIFTY (50) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Bislig District Hospital in the Municipality of Bislig, Province of Surigao del Sur, is hereby increased from twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) beds under the supervision of the Department of Health.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 23, 1991 and December 10, 1991 respectively.
