REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7613 AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE CAN-AVID AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAN-AVID, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR, TO CAN-AVID NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE June 19, 1992

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE CAN-AVID AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAN-AVID, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR, TO CAN-AVID NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Can-Avid Agricultural College in the Municipality of Can-Avid, Province of Eastern Samar, is hereby changed to Can-Avid National Agricultural College.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on April 5, 1990 and February 7, 1992, respectively.
