AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE DOÑA MARIA D. TAN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF TANGUB, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, FROM SEVENTY-FIVE (75) TO ONE HUNDRED (100) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Doña Maria D. Tan Memorial Hospital in the City of Tangub, Province of Misamis Occidental, is hereby increased from seventy-five (75) to one hundred (100) beds.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
