REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7450 AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. ELENA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. ELENA HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR April 27, 1992

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Sta.Elena, Province of Camarines Norte, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Sta. Elena Health Infirmary.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 4, 1991 and February 6, 1992, respectively.
