REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7389 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE DISTRICT OF MARASBARAS, TACLOBAN CITY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MARASBARAS NATIONAL HLGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR April 10, 1992

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in the District of Marasbaras, Tacloban City, to be known as the Marasbaras National High School.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the rules and regulations necessary to implement this Act.

SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 23, 1992 and February 4, 1992, respectively.
