AN ACT DECLARING OCTOBER 12 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. October 12 of every year is hereby declared a special non-working holiday in the City of Zamboanga.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on August 1, 1991 and October 14, 1991, respectively.
