AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE DR. EFRAIN C. MONTEMAYOR MEDICAL CENTER IN BAGUIO CITY TO BAGUIO GENERAL HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CENTER
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Dr. Efrain C. Montemayor Medical Center in Baguio City is hereby changed to Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 8, 1989 and September 15, 1989, respectively.
