REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6788 AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE LA UNION PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, TO ILOCOS REGIONAL HOSPITAL November 29, 1989

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE LA UNION PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, TO ILOCOS REGIONAL HOSPITAL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the La Union Provincial Hospital situated in the Municipality of San Fernando, Province of La Union, is hereby changed to Ilocos Regional Hospital.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 8, 1989 and September 15, 1989, respectively.
