AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE BOBON SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOBON, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR, TO ELADIO T. BALITE MEMORIAL SCHOOL OF FISHERIES
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Bobon School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Bobon, Province of Northern Samar, is hereby changed to Eladio T. Balite Memorial School of Fisheries.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 5, 1989 and September 22, 1989, respectively.
