AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MAYO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MAYO, MUNICIPALITY OF MATI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, TO VICENTE ALMARIO, SR. MEMORIAL SCHOOL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Mayo Elementary School in Purok Malipayon, Barangay Mayo, Municipality of Mati, Province of Davao Oriental, is hereby changed to Vicente Almario, Sr. Memorial School.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 18, 1989 and September 22, 1989, respectively.
