AN ACT DECLARING JULY SIXTEEN OF EVERY YEAR AS OZAMIZ CITY CHARTER DAY AND A SPECIAL PUBLIC NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF OZAMIZ
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. July Sixteen of every year is hereby declared as Ozamiz City Charter Day and a special public non-working holiday in the City of Ozamiz.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 8, 1989.
