AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE VILLASIS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN VILLASIS, PANGASINAN, TO DON RAMON E. COSTALES MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Villasis National High School in Villasis, Pangasinan, shall, upon the effectivity of this Act, be known and referred to as the Don Ramon E. Costales Memorial National High School.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 7, 1989 and June 8, 1989, respectively.
