AN ACT APPROPRIATING TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE TEXTILE TRAINING PROJECT IN THE MARIKINA VALLEY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIKINA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to finance the operation and maintenance of the textile training project in the Marikina Valley Institute of Technology in the Municipality of Marikina, Province of Rizal. There after, such sum as may be needed for the operation and the maintenance of said training project shall be included in the annual General Appropriations ActSEC. 2. The Secretary of Education shall promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the effective operation of the said project.SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval,Enacted without executive approval, June 17, 1972.
