AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF NEW KABALAN IN OLONGAPO CITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippinesin Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The sitio of New Kabalan in the barrio of Sta. Rita, Olongapo City, is hereby separated from said barrio and constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said city, to be known as the barrio of New Kabalan.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 19, 1971.
