AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Batangas, is hereby further amended to read as follows:

"Batangas, fourteen assistant provincial fiscals;"
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 19, 1971.
