AN ACT CREATING BARRIO KAPATAGAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIGOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippinesin Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The sitio of Kapatagan in the Municipality of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur, is hereby converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality to be known as the barrio of Kapatagan.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 19, 1971.
