AN ACT DECLARING JULY FIRST OF EACH YEAR AS A PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCES OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, DAVAO DEL SUR, AND DAVAO DEL NORTE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. July first of each year is hereby declared a public holiday in the Provinces of Davao Oriental, Davao del Sur and Davao del Norte.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, August 16, 1971.
