AN ACT CONVERTING PANGASINAN PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LINGAYEN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS PANGASINAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
