An Act Extending for Another Twenty-Five Years the Term of the Franchise Granted Under Republic Act Numbered Four Hundred Sixty-Six and Later Act Numbered One Thousand One Hundred and Eighteen.

AN ACT EXTENDING FOR ANOTHER TWENTY-FIVE YEARS THE TERM OF THE FRANCHISE GRANTED UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX AND LATER ACT NUMBERED ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN.



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The term of the franchise granted under Republic Act Numbered Four hundred sixty-six, and later transferred by authority of Republic Act Numbered One thousand one hundred and eighteen, is hereby extended for another twenty-five years from the date of the expiration of the said franchise.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 21, 1969.
