AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred 1 seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Cebu, is further amended to read as follows:

"Cebu, twenty-four assistant provincial fiscals;"SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 21, 1969.
