REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5558 AN ACT CREATING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANDA, PROVINCE OF BOHOL. June 21, 1969

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The following sitios in the Municipality of Anda, Province of Eohol, are hereby constituted as barrios of said municipality, to wit:

1. Sitios Pursenas and llawod are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Santa Cruz;
2. Sitios Abihid and Tayod are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Katipunan;
3. Sitios Almaria and Tinogdan are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Almaria;
4. Sitios Bagacay, Lutao, and Sa-ob are constituted into a  distinct and independent barrio  of said  municipality, to be known as Barrio Buenasuerte; and
5. Sitio Tawid is hereby converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Tawid.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 21, 1969
