AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT CITY FISCAL FOR THE CITY OF BAGUIO, BY FURTHER AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE CHARTER OF SAID CITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section two thousand five hundred sixty-one of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended is further amended to read as follows:

"SEC 2561.The Assistant City Fiscals.—There shall be seven assistant city fiscals who shall assist the city fiscal as he shall direct. The assistant city fiscals shall receive the following compensation:
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 21, 1969."(a) First Assistant, nine thousand pesosper annum.
"(b) Second assistant, seven thousand four hundred pesosper annum.
"(c) Third assistant, five thousand four hundred pesosper annum.
"(d) Fourth assistant, eight thousand four hundred pesosper annum.
"(e) Three fifth assistants, seven thousand two hundred pesosper annumeach."
