An Act Extending the Life of the People'S Homesite and Housing Corporation for a Period of Twenty-Five Years to Take Effect Immediately After the Expiration of the Present Life Term on January Twenty-Four, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Six.

AN ACT EXTENDING THE LIFE OF THE PEOPLE'S HOMESITE AND HOUSING CORPORATION FOR A PERIOD OF TWENTY-FIVE YEARS TO TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE PRESENT LIFE TERM ON JANUARY TWENTY-FOUR, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-SIX.



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. In order to enable the People's Homesite and Housing Corporation to continue its role as one of the Government's housing agencies, it is hereby given a period of another twenty-five years of existence to take effect immediately upon the expiration of its present life term on January twenty-four, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, August 4, 1969.
