AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines  in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section   sixteen   hundred   and   seventy-four of the Administrative
Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial  fiscals in the
Province of Norte, is further amended to read as follows:

"Ilocos Norte, twelve assistant provincial fiscals, at least two of whom shall be assigned to each branch of the Court of First Instance of Ilocos Norte."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted without Executive approval, June 15,  1968.
