An Act Creating Two Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Zambales, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended.

AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines  in  Congress  assembled:SECTION 1. Section  sixteen  hundred   seventy-four  of  the  Administrative   Code,  as  amended,  relative   to   the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of  Zambales, is further amended to read as follows: "Zambales, four assistant provincial fiscals;"SEC.  2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved, June 15, 1968.
